I wish to apply for syndicate membership to fish at
borwickfishing.co.uk
I understand that syndicate membership is limited and
would like my name added to the waiting list if applications exceed supply.
I further understand that the syndicate membership
will allow me to fish any of the waters at borwickfishing.co.uk with up to 4 rods
at any time from the date of issue until 14th March 2009 subject to
availability and the rules of the fishery.
I will abide by any directions from the on-site
bailiff or any other officers of the management of borwickfishing.co.uk.
I understand that this membership is non-transferable
and possession of this membership gives no guarantee of peg availability at any
time.
I enclose a passport photo and a cheque for £350
(Three Hundred and Fifty Pounds) made payable to Borwick Development
Solutions.
